About coach

Ilona is a qualified nutritionist (MAS in Nutrition and Health, University ETH Zurich), Ayurveda health coach (Rosenberg European Academy of Ayurveda), book co-author.

My personal challenges with health and digestion made me dive into the topic of nutrition. I apply a holistic and personalised approach in my practise, which allows you best to reach health goals. The topic of food literacy is more important today than ever and I'm happy to be able to contribute by doing nutrition workshops, personalized nutrition consultations, food coaching groups, Ayurvedic cooking classes and creating cookbooks.
