Pizza with sprouted mung beans
If you want to have a healthy option of pizza, this is an ideal recipe!
Ingredients (2 portions)
- Sprouted mung bean - 200 g
- Oatmeal or whole grain rice flour - 50 g
- Spinach - 40 g (can be replaced with any leafy greens - kale, parsley)
- Ghee (or other oil) - 20 g
- Ginger - 5 g
- Water - 100 ml
Optional: - Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomatoes - 60 gr
- Flax seeds
Topping:
- almost any seasonal vegetables will do - 250 gr (tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, zucchini, asparagus)
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Optional: cilantro or pomegranate seeds for decoration
